 BACKPACK MAIL

When selecting 'Backpack Mail' as your delivery mode, our parent volunteers will deliver your order to the school division office where your child attends.

Elementary School Students:
The receptionist will notify the teacher aide, who will then deliver the order to your child.

Middle School Students:
The receptionist will notify your child about their order through their school email. Your child can then stop by the office to collect it at their convenience.

High School students,

Online orders can be collected directly at the Booster Store.

 

Here are the details we need:

To ensure smooth processing of your order, please provide the following information at checkout:

- Child's name
- Grade level
- Teacher / Advisor name

To provide this information, follow these steps:

1. Select your items and click the "Checkout" or "Cart" button.
2. In the "Special instructions for seller" box, enter the required information

Staff Back Pack Delivery Order Request

The ordering procedure is the same as above for all staff. When placing your order, please provide:

  • Your name

  • Your department

  • The reception desk where you would like your order delivered, such as:

    • Elementary School Office

    • Middle School Office

    • Administration Building Reception Desk

For High School Division staff, please note: orders to be collected directly from the Booster Store at Level 2.

SELF-COLLECTION

For your convenience, orders can be collected at the SAS Booster booth on weekdays (school days) during office hours, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

You are encouraged, but not required, to call the store at 6360-6042 before heading down.

  • For local deliveries, orders are estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If an online order is placed the day before a public holiday or on a Friday, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days on top of the standard delivery timeframe.

  •  

    For overseas deliveries, the estimated delivery time will be provided by FedEx upon shipment confirmation.

 

Note: Singapore holidays and SAS-related holidays (e.g. Fall break, Winter Break) are not classified as business days.
